DESIGN AND REPRODUCTION OF PCB ARTWORK

DESIGN FROM SCRATCH

  • The Fine Circuits team will facilitate the design of the PCB artwork from scratch or from a schematic

  • Coordinating with our partner firm, we manage the design process start to finish

REWORK AND/OR ASSISTANCE WITH ARTWORK MODIFICATIONS

  • Our most frequent request is a modification to an existing PCB design

  • The Fine Circuits team will rework an existing PCB layout and can also provide assistance to any changes to the design of the printed circuit board

REPRODUCTION OF GERBER FILE

  • PCB file generation

  • From an existing bare board, the Fine Circuits team can reproduce a new Gerber file

  • A Gerber image file is needed for each of the conductor layers, solder mask layers and legend layers

  • This service is offered at no additional charge to the customer

REVERSE ENGINEERING

  • A sample including components can be reverse engineered to your requirements

  • All required data can be produced in order for duplicates to be made

  • The Fine Circuits team is able to reverse engineer boards that include programmed IC’s, custom parts, and obsolete parts
